For your safety, mothhalla Store products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, even if they are in their original condition, except in some cases.

Return cases:

  • If the product is damaged.
  • If the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.


Return fees:

- If the product is damaged, the Mazahla Store will bear all costs.

-If the electrical device needs maintenance, the Mazahla Store will cover all costs.

- Send a photo of the damaged product and a photo of the shipping carton cover and explain the damage for damaged orders.

The return period from the shipping company for the damaged product or device:

Refund mechanism:

You will receive your refund within 14 business days after the product or shipment is returned to our warehouse. The refund will be credited to the same bank account you used for the original payment. If you paid via Tamara or Tabby, the refund will be processed by them.
